Inquisition bug?

I was wondering whether this problem was isolated in my character or if others were noticing it too. My duration of inquisition isn't changing from the talents points in Inquiry of Faith. I have 3 talents points in it, and yet when I use inquisition with 3 HP, the duration remains at 30seconds. Has anyone else noticed this? I have a ticket open right bow but have no idea how long it will take a gm to get back to me >.>

Default duration: 4 seconds per HP, 12 seconds at 3 HP

Inquiry of Faith
Talent: +150% duration, 12 * 2.5 = 30 seconds at 3 HP

TL;DR: it's 12 seconds baseline, 30 seconds with 3/3 inquiry of faith

I thought the entire point of a forum was for people to share information and help each other out. Or maybe that's just how I use forums.
