Mindspike in pvp???

Hi i was just wondering if Mindspike would be usefull in pvp? or is it more viable to use all of our dots, or a combination of the two. Thanks for the help guys trying to get this all figured out

Its best use in pvp now is to start a target switch, you apply your dots to target #1, carry on with mild pressure and wait for their trinket to pop.

Once it is out of the way you mind spike him to remove dots and follow up with a fear, allowing you to harass his partner freely.

i think for low HP target MS is the ebst thing to do=) i even use them when doing quest lol pretty nice
