for pvp , do you think that imp COC is better than Imp blink ? , with this spe imp COC will have 9.1s Cd.

Id take IMP blink for better maneuverability. how often do you wanna be getting that close to a war or other melee class when you don't really need to? Instead use reg. COC to slow em, blink and run for some distance.
