DPS Queue times

Most people prefer guild runs and if a tank or healer wants to que with guild chances are he can find dps to go with him or another healer or tank will take the opputunity to run as dps for offspec as where if a dps wants to que he cannot always get a guild tank or healer.

I think the queue will be shorter because most of us level up in a dps spec, taking dps pieces over other pieces from quests and tank healer have prio on their items in dungeons. So there are a lot that when they hit 85 they only have gear for dps and can't handle hc's as healer/tank yet but as time goes they will get gear for that too and try it out.

at which point all those new tanks and healers will experience the retardedness of the majority of players and only queue up with people they know. this will then result in longer queue times.

People, please understand that you can't pull 6+ mobs in a heroic and expect to aoe it down. Tanks aren't as dmg retardant as they were in wotlk to the point where they could solo the pulls. And many dmg mechanics in dungeons are easily avoidable by paying attention and moving at the right time.
