unless I missed something it's not that they cap by week, they cap period. if you have 4k, spend some and you can earn more.

I'm pretty sure the cap increases from your rated battleground or arena rating. Which ever happens to be higher. The cap won't begin to increase until you break 1500 rating.

It is based off of your personal rating (whichever personal rating is higher Rated BG's or Arena) but the hard cap is 4000

is this true or your prediction?The cap won't begin to increase until you break 1500 rating.

No it won't be it's the same as last season IMO. You got points for a 1500 rated team even if you were only at 500 rating.
