"Creating an Arena Team
With patch 4.0.1 a new way to create Arena Teams was introduced. The Arena Organizers have been removed and you no longer need to purchase a charter.
Instead, you can now simply open the Honor panel of your character, select the Arena Teams tab, and from there you can create teams by simply clicking on a blank flag. This will pop up a new window asking you to type in the name of your arena team and customize the flag.
Once the team is created and selected, new members can be invited via the Add Member option."
