Just want to gratz blizz on making heroics so difficult that you can't casually PuG them because there's too many baddies. I thought heroics were for casuals then they broke off at raiding, now you need guildies just to do a simpler heroic and get shit gear so you can get into raiding. Imo, you should burn through heroics, get your gear, then start raiding to see if you can make it or not. Not have to depend on how bad the players your PuG gives you. I know so many of you are going to give some bs excuse that I should just wait longer for good group, get in good guild or blah blah, maybe even, "you're bad, stop being bad." but this game already takes time for raiding, not it takes 2h+ to do a heroic, counting queue timer? Wtf, fix something.

Actually regular dungeons are for baddies to burn through, HEROICs are for a slightly more hardcore group (by that I mean non casuals), although I do agree with one thing. I really hate that heroic dungeons take so damn long to complete. Some people can't sit at the computer all day long to finish 2 heroics... But Heroics should be hard, which they are but in no way are they too hard.

Heroics are actually in a really good place now with the exception of SFK. SFK Is so overtuned a group consisting of Arthas, Saurfang, Crowley, Velen and Jaina couldnt do it without wiping to the third boss.

does heroic means I HAVE TO DO THEM WITHIN 2 weeks of release. if you cant do them in 2 months then maybe but then again a bad player is a bad player

Pugs are a suboptimal way of doing things, hence why blizzard put in guildlevels, to get people back in guilds and doing things the optimal way. Now shoo

We one shot it using some kiting tactic, first boss was a nightmare though because the idiot tank wandered in thinking he was a trash mob and then didn't seem to know how to interrupt ):

Heroic 5 man queue times are going to be higher than usual right now because a lot of people aren't 85 yet. And some that are 85 don't have the gear for heroics. Give it some time. It'll improve.

As far as "baddies" go; well that just comes with the territory. It's called a learning curve. Right now a lot of people are on the lower end of the skill curve when it comes to things like crowd control, target marking, focus DPS'ing, etc. (The things that are necessary, right now, to get through most heroics.) Give it some time. Many will get better.

Honestly, given that the need for CC, marking, and focus dps'ing hasn't been around for an entire expansion most people *should* be bad at it. They're either new to the concept or have been out of practice a long while. If heroics weren't hard right now (so early in the expansion) I'd be seriously worried.

Also, get into a guild with people who play when you do. Do heroics with them. You'll be amazed at how much more fun the game gets.

I think these hard heroics are a bit of a blessing in disguise for people who aren't in raiding guilds. You are getting more of a challenge out of content you can run in the LFD tool without the fuss of running/joining a guild. If you wanted a challenge outside of raiding in wrath, you ended up being brain dead, but now you have a choice.

Either way OP makes it clear he doesn't want to wait, doesn't want to die, doesn't want a challenge, and wants the epics in his mailbox every morning.

The only mistake blizzard has made is to allow content this "difficult" to be pugged via the Random Dungeon Finder. Delete the ability to do that and most of the QQ we are seeing just goes away.

There is nothing "heroic" about hitting a button for queue for dungeon and hoping that you get lucky with who is at the other end.

You're just bad. Takes me 30-40 mins to run a heroic. Cause I have a guild. And we know the tacts, we dont have to explain, and we have vent, skype, mumble. Its the way an MMO is supposed to be played. With other people that you have made e-net relationships with, not with total strangers. Join a fecking guild and stop the fecking whine already.

You can skip that boss.......... We normally do and do the last 2 which are stupidly easy I fall asleep healing them.

Get a guild. Learn the encounters. Randoms are difficult but they're not impossible. People whine too much. Also you could stop paying Blizz your fifteen bucks and go play Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

it's nice to see that the beginning of cata isn't a cake walk.
so far this x-pac shows lots of promise. No complaints from this guy.
