I cant exactly remember but there is an addon that turns your buff icons into bars with countdown timers?

Elkano's Buff Bars work out of the box, Satrina's Buff Frames are more configurable but take some setup to provide bar layouts.

Did they fix the ability to cancel a buff by right clicking it again? It didn't work for a long time a month ago, got fed up with it and used the old Blizz interface which just takes way too much space.

SBF fixes it in the 3.2 beta.

Elkano's Buff Bar's lets you right-click remove out of combat, I believe - in combat, it's a 2 or 3 click process.
