For caster relics go for stonecore or vortex pinnacle

I'm going to assume you are enhancement, because caster relics aren't that hard to come by.

Are you serious? There are 2 relics per heroic dungeon, for all specs, and everybody can use each other relics now.
Warriors got stuck with guns/bows/thrown with less itemization.

healing relic for shaman is in vortex pinnancle
it drops from Asaad, he also drops healing ring
vortex also drops good neck for shammy healer
