How many skipped Vash'jr zone on their way to 85?

I have, on all 6 toons so far (not all are over lvl 82 yet). While this zone is a breakthrough to wow, Its rather annoying. I just rock out all the Hyjal quests (coming down the mountain) then to the next zone.

Is there anyone else who has done the same?

I actually went to vashj'ir each time first. The storyline is more interesting to me then the one at Hyjal. So far I've only had 3 characters level past 80. 5 are still at 80.

Did the dozen or so quests to get my seahorse. Other than that, I just use the zone to farm Azshara's Veil. The rest of the quests can suck it.

Personally i leveled in Hyjal till halfway through 82, then went Vashir and HATED it.
I thought the quests were boring and took too long.
As soon as i hit 83, went straight out of there.

I will pass through this zone on every character I ever level to 85. The scenery was completely unprecedented in wow, and the quests were very interesting and problem free. The one and only drawback was the tendency to pull extra mobs, but this is hardly a problem for most ranged classes at this point, especially since everything only has 32k health.

i had to do the first few quests because i couldn't find enough before deepholm, and it was hell.

I don't really care for hyjal. I like the flow of Vashj'ir, going from one cave to the next. Plus you get one of the coolest caster trinkets "Severed Visionary Tentacle." "What's that? Oh no it's not Power Infusion it's my sweet trinket."

I did both Hyjal and Vashj'ir for the loremaster achievements while leveling, but for all future characters I'll likely be skipping it.

I personnaly go to Vash'jir with all my toons : with a lil' bit of "resting bonus" my priest is nearly 83 and I still haven't finished it yet... But I'm a tue Lore lover and I love the questing lines out there.

Vashi'jr blows Hyjal out of the water. I was so dissapointed in Hyjal. They had this gigantic, beautiful zone in the game files for six years(Archimonde's skeleton was always one of my favorite things in WoW, back when you could wall jump into Hyjal) completely unused and then they finally release it and it's a steaming pile of boring shit.

There's hundreds of threads like this. Despite to brag that you're closed-minded enough to pass the most unique and fun-if-you-actually-do-the-whole-damn-thing zone in the game six times, and easily annoyed by anything "different," what is the point of this extra thread?

After a while, the swimming thing loses its shine. That and pathing is totally hosed while swimming so things like charge and pets just don't work well. The naga series is pretty annoying as well since it takes place on four tiers of the palace, but there's no Z axis indication on the mini map.

Its hard to navigate in this zones with its default "flying" status, navigation was confusing to say the least.

Skipped both Hyjal and Vashj'ir... Blackrock caverns => Deepholm... Might go back and do the quests for gold/greens...

im sorry, im fairly new to the forum and did not read all 100k posts yet. Like I said, its a beautiful zone. Its just not my style.

I'm starting to think I'm the only one who really enjoyed Deepholm questing... Well I guess coming out from Vashj'ir and into the legendary Maelstrom to go quest is pretty badass IMO. Vashj'ir was really cool and unbelievable at first, but after doing virtually the same quest over and over and over again kinda got mind-numbing. Regardless of that, I still liked questing in Deepholm.

I have enjoyed all the questing so far. I'm trying to go through Vashj but there is a quest that is bugged for everyone ( where you have to find the Naga Lady) and it's preventing people from leveling.

I just did Vashj'ir today on my Paladin and completed every quest in the zone like four hours ago, so.

I liked it. I did it first. I got halfway and the Battlemaiden quest bugged. Now I can't finish it =*(
