Havent done all heroics yet, but during our semiguildgroup runs we always cleared every single one of them we've been into, without having almost any trouble.

You have either been extremely unlucky getting only scrubs who doesn't know any mechanics of the fights, or you are yourself too bad of a player to complete them.

Instead of nerfing already too "easy" heroics you could get a guild and run heroics that way or just put together a group by yourself without using the dungeon tool so you know what players you are bringing.

The players need to change. It will happen over time as the bad players get frustrated and quit or they upgrade from bad to decent. Understanding your own class mechanics will decide whether or not the heroic is a fail. As soon as healers quit spamming their flash version of their heal, tanks quit breaking CC and DPS learn to CC as well as dps it will be much better.

Get yourself 4 good players who you know (I assume you have at least 4 in game friends) streamroll heroics... profit! Seriously most heroics are easy if everyone knows what they are doing.

I would like you to refer to http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...-Dungeons-Poll this post, where so far 1,648 forum readers disagree with you, while only 185 agree.

What exactly is happening? I find it hard to believe that out of 35 Heroics, everyone else is failing all the time. Have you researched boss mechanics? Do you know what needs to be interrupted/CCed/switched to? Is everyone communicating how it should be handled?

This isn't Wrath heroics where the only thing anyone says is "thx for run" and leave group. Communication is key. There are some mechanics that aren't meant to be brute-forced.

Heroics used to be miniraids. Then they were grindfests. Now they are miniraids again. The way it was, is the way it shall be.

Cope with it, or go play the AH.

A group completing a Heroic even faced with challenges and wipes and repairs bills = Success.

Those same challenges and wipes causing a disgruntled player to rage on the forums = Great success!

People need to stop QQing and learn that they're called HEROICS for a reason and realize that this game takes skill now, BAD.

Finished all heroics on beta and on live now. Whats so hard? If you think these are too hard, you're in for a world of hurt.

I've done nothing but use the dungeon finder solo que and not once have we not completed the dungeon. Most of the time we don't have a single person to kick or someone that drops either. And I know it's not just my awesomeness that's carrying the group because I'm a Ret Paladin.

Either you're very, very unlucky...or...well...you know what the say about spotting the fool at the poker table?

I think that's a pretty legendary achievement, failing 35 times (even in easy Heroics?) is something to boast about.

I don't know about you guys - but I'm getting a real kick out of all this complaining about things being "too hard". It makes me chuckle. Sure, some of the encounters are difficult and a lot of wiping occurs - but the word "challenging" exists for a reason - and these new heroics are exactly that.

On the other hand, they're also a cake walk if you can do them with competent players that have the ability to learn from (their) mistakes.
