Simple Race Changing Question

Alright, i am currently a gnome with 480 engineering. But I'm thinking of changing my race into a worgen. I was just wondering what would happen to my engineering as i have the +15 been a gnome. Would my engineering go down to 465 or would it stay at 480 and id just loose the ability to earn 15 more points?

The racial profession bonuses are added to your actual skill; you have 465 Engineering +15 for being a gnome. You'll drop to 465 if you race change to Worgen.

You can see this if you level a new character with a racial bonus; my Worgen gained new Mastery of Anatomy ranks at skill level 90, 165, 240, etc, rather than 75, 150, 225.
