    Engineering

    Couldn't find this anywhere i looked, but i recently got Eng to 525 and while i was leveling I randomly discovered Tinkers. Sadly though i never learned the shocker and the new boosts. Is there a way to learn these after maxing out?

    As far as I know, you just discover them while making level-appropriate patterns, which is not necessarily tied to leveling up.

    So just make some things and you should randomly learn them.

    one of the most useful tinker items was on the gloves - haste which could potentially benefit both casters and melee. now they have synapse springs only which is only for casters. very disappointed.
