About to start raiding

Ok so I am the GM of my guild and gave everybody till January 4th to get geared and what not. Now my question to yall is, where should we start to focus on with the 3 new raids? Maybe do a boss or two in Blackwing then go to Bastion and do a boss or so, or just focus on one or the other? I know this might sound dumb but myself and my officers are in a bit of a pickle and cant decide what we should do!

I'm not raiding atm but everyone will tell you to do this. Wowprogress is a good guide as to encounter difficulty. Don't forget ToFW boss either.

Go off of wowprogress in terms of progression if you're not setting the bar. In other words, if you're not within the top 50 to 100 worldwide, chances are it's best to follow the route they put out. All the beginning bosses are relatively simple, and ramp up in difficulty only once you get to the end bosses.
