The BOE Trinket rainsong does not seem to work.
When equipped it should increase your haste rating by 1290 for 15 sec, on a chance of heal.
However, I have never seen it proc, and I've been using it for more than a day now, constantly healing.
My other trinket equipped is Blood of isiset.Which grant me 1512 spirit on a chance of healing.
Do these overlap - so only one actually works? Because that makes one of the trinkets completely useless I'd say.

It hasn't procced once for me, I've even expanded where I see my buffs. I only get the spirit proc, I never get the haste rating buff, and that is the one I want the most
