Your favourite tanking class

I am interested in other healers opinion about how the tanking classes differ.
As I run with warriors/paladins nearly all the time, I have hardly any experience in healing dks or druids.

Are there big differences between block and non-block tanks?

Or are they all about equal and it just depends on the player if its hell or heaven to keep the tank/group alive?

Being a pally i like Paladin tanks, Group dies in Vortex Pinnacle, the Tank Solo's the boss from 17% to dead, Tanks Word of Glory when spec'd for it is a great backup heal.

On a brighter note, my priest friend told me i am way easier to heal then the other tanks he has played with. I think it is because i abuse my cooldowns and not because i am a Warrior. In that line of thought, paladins would be even easier to heal i suppose.

So far I like DK's the best. With their deathgrip to pull casters to them, their insane aoe threat (I don't have to fade as much with them) and their ridiculous self healing, half the time their healing done is the same as mine when only they take damage. They are just nice and easy to heal if you even have to heal them at all.

If there's a bunch of adds, Warriors that know how to hit Victory Rush.

In general, a lot of Warriors that I know are warriors that have been on the ball since Vanilla.

Hate DK tanks, imho they take a lot more burstdamage like Warrior/Pal/driud.
The 2nd is Druid,
And my love goes to Paladin/Warrior, cant say who is better.

My new main is a warrior tank and I absolutely love it! So that's my fav

Pally, they still rock. DK is a close second. Mostly because those two heal themselves and in the case of the DK they heal the group with rune tap. Worst tank = Druid

Definitely a Paladin, when/if they know when/HOW to use Word of Glory. Sometimes I've seen them not even properly spec'd for it.
A close second is bear tanks for me 'cause I typically see them really up close to DPS numbers, and the boss'll die faster

Thank you for your opinions on that issue, overall it looks like its up to personal preference.

I prefer to heal DK's, I feel much safer as they have great "OMFG" talents/skills.

Paladins are the best, they can finish 30% of a boss if 2 dps are still alive thanks to the load of selfheal available

Warrios because of classic style. But atm I think Palas are the easiest to heal classes and they have good survival abilities for very hard moments.
