Is there a daily Tol'vir, Orc and Nerubian digsite cap?

I was wondering if there was a cap on how many Tol'vir, Orc and Nerubian dig sites you can get in a 24 hour period. i noticed while grinding out these 3 races that after a little bit of grinding these dig sites disapear all together and wont appear again till the following day. This happened with me with Orc after i completed all the Draenei artifacts, and same thing in Northrend after completed the final Vyrkul arftifact and seeing a trend in Kalmidor with Tol'vir dig sites. Was wondering if anyone else if seeing the same thing happen to them.

Thanks, was getting frustrated but knowing that may make the 3 hours of grinding without a single digs site i need a little motivation to keep farming
