Trinket problem [Elemental]

Hello fellow shaman,

I have a problem choosing between trinkets.
I just looted Sorrowsong. Now I have this 325 trinket which is also pretty nice as far as I know : Talisman of Sinister Order

I can't replace my other trinket as it has Hitrating that I need to be capped

Question is, is it worth replacing? And for what situations?
I could imagine the sorrowsong would be better for raid situations, but is this also the case for heroics?
