RAM upgrade or other upgrades?

Just go with other upgrades, unless you notice that almost of the RAM is being used, which will only be the case in very specific cases. (CTRL + ALT + DEL --> Task Manager --> Performance.

For WoW related performance, and 98% of what happens in a PC, 4GB is more than enough. If you are looking at upgrades for the future, I'd look at the new intel CPU's dropping soon, and the new nVidia GTX 570 (which is a top notch card for wow, but other games is a different story, depends on what you play).

I doubt you notice any sort of different in performance with more memory, and what OS are you using?

If you only do gaming, that extra RAM will mostly go unnoticed.

If you're doing any kind of media-editting/rendering, more RAM will shine. Assuming a x64-OS.
