As for new talents?
Divine Wall:The paladin throws up his shield stopping all dmg to anyone standing behind him for 6 seconds, during this time the paladin is stunned in one place. The paladin takes normal damage.
Shaman - Not Earthquake.

Post traumatic fear
"After you have feared a target and the fear break there is a 10% chance the target will be feared again for 2 sec every four sec"

Permits the Mage to cast polymorph on a party or raid member and reduce threat of target moderatlly as well as increase the health generated by 150% over the duration.
Rank 3.
Permits the Mage to cast polymorph on a party or raid member and reduce threat of target drastically as well as increase the health generated by 200% over the duration.
I've thought about that talent for a very long time. Ever since ZG where the main tank would get mind controlled to attack the raid and a mage would sheep him... why not make that stream line? It wouldn't be dependable for healing especially on a tank as loss of threat would cause a wipe in most cases and it would be decently balanced for pvp as you wouldn't want to cast it on an almost dead enemy only to have them return at full health.
Rogue talent:
Grappling hook - Throws a hook at the stupid hunter running around and drags him to the ground so you can get up close enough to stab him one time
Warrior talent
Drag net - throw Drag net on your target making him/her unable to move. Your movement speed is reduced by 50% and as you move, you are dragging net with your target behind you. Last 10 seconds.
I always thought a D&D spell would fit as a talent. Maybe a 25-31 point one. Class: priest or mage.

The duration of the spell depends on the target’s current hit point total. Any creature that currently has 151 X or more hit points is unaffected by power word stun.
Hit Points - Duration
50 or less - 4d4 rounds
51-100 - 2d4 rounds
101-150 - 1d4 rounds
1 round = 1standard+1move+1free action = 6 seconds in D&D, numers need tweaking (hp percentage triggers instead of flat values)

Priest: Shadow nova
Transforms your Holy nova into a Shadow nova, Removing the healing effect, but turning it into X ammount of Shadow damage and reduces the targets shadow damage by 5% (stacks up to 3 times) This spell causes no threat untill targets reach 3 stacks of increased shadow damage
Not only does it makes Holy nova worth using, but with something like that it allows you to increase the damage of your mind sear (as its pretty lame atm) putting the threat thing in means it can be used as an opener for AoE (not causing threat) but cannot be spammed unless you want a quick death, it allows us to stack the damage then run back for Mind sear fun
Mage talent
Ignite -3 ranks- Your scorch spell now has a chance to proc ignite, causing the target to burn for x/y/z% of the damage done by your scorch spell over 4 seconds. Critical hits will refresh the duration of ignite.
And a fun one...World Destroyer - increases the damage of living bomb by 9001% and allows it to be cast on an unlimited amount of targets. Increase the radius of the detonation by 10000 yards and reduces the mana cost and damage taken while living bomb is up by 100%.
