Your video didn't work. :[
Just post the link or something.
The video took a lot of time to get to the actual action... The intro could have been shorter in my opinion.
Decent video in my opinion, it was recorded from a nice perspective. The only thing i can ask, if i can get your armory link, since i saw that your mana regen was quite decent and id like to see some stats because im a holy priest myself.
Spirit, Spirit, Spirit, and more spirit. You want as much as you can get, as holy its mostly heal spam with a few FHs if people drop low, PoH if a few ppl are down, circle ONLY if you have to use it, and keep serenity down at all times.
It is a bit more difficult to play starting off, personally I started healing at 85 in Disc because of Archangel/Atonement. Plus it has a little more survivability and if you spec into Desperate Prayer in holy theres a ton of "OH SHIT" buttons.
Yes, im stacking spirit atm, curently in raid with a flask and full buffs im at around 4800 mana per 5 in 10 mans, im not really sure how much haste or crit i should get since im pretty low on that atm...
Edit: fixed spirit with mana per 5
The only reason the video was so long was because it was the final boss kill in a raid zone :P my signature thing.

theres my armory for whoever asked
I make sure to have spirit on every piece of gear, and on a fight as long as chogal you just have to know what spells to be casting the most. Which is typically heal, only PoH on void phase and mid phase 3.

Also, for those who may be interested here is my website for other videos of boss kills.

nice editing i liked it.
I have a unedited Cho'gall, still have a ton of work to do on it.

Nice play overall, my only input would be that I think you're hitting the flash heal button too fast, a lot of the time greater heal would have been a better choice. Also, binding heal is a wonderful tool, HPM is the same as Heal but also stacks serendipity, very underrated spell.
wtf is up with the booring intro mate
Like the UI and the vid, although a few pointers..
1) the intro was WAAAY too long.. 2min 10sec ? seeriously :S
2) this is a tiny little thing that bugged me, you clicked chakra :'<
did you make that UI yourself? Loved it (:

Wow... that was like waiting at the end of Lord of the Rings. Also no one should ever watch videos of Cho'gall. Go and do it so you too can be disappointed by them turning an iconic Mage into that crap. It's the second-worst fight in the tier. Atramedes is worse.
That's a big part of it. For those who don't know about Cho'gall, he was the first two-headed ogre in a long time. Before him they were extremely, extremely rare. He was taught to be a Warlock and Mage by Gul'dan himself. The same Gul'dan whose skull was powerful enough to make Illidan what he is today. The same Gul'dan who became the Lich King and fused with Arthas. That's the kind of power Cho'gall brings to the table on his own.
Now, if you don't know the fight, SPOILERS. Cho'gall is almost pure melee. He has a 'fire empower' and a 'shadow empower' that switch back and forth. Fire shoots random fireballs which rarely, if ever, hit someone. He also hits for more in melee. Yay? Shadow he just AOE pulses. Very complex... Then you get to deal with adds who are nothing except the normal faceless we've always seen. They Shadow Crash and have an AOE shadow nova. We've been seeing this same mob since early Wrath in AN. When they die you get to fight tainted blood slimes. Remember those from all over Northrend? Yeah, those little shinny slimes. Those. At 25% he puts up a damage aura and summons tentacles. Remember Yogg? And C'thun? Various quests all over? Yep. Now remember Insanity from Yogg? Same deal here. You get a new bar that tracks it instead of a debuff. You get that when you're hit by things which only an idiot would get hit by. Under 25% he spams an AOE that stacks it on.
Cho'gall strat: Entire raid stacks under him. Tanks switch when he debuffs them. Interrupt when people are MC'd. When adds spawn take them to a set location and kill it. Slimes come out. Kill them. Cluster back up. Repeat until 25%. Spread out. Kill tentacles and DPS boss. Don't be an idiot and get hit by stuff.
There you go. That's all it takes to kill him. Atramedes has the same 'insanity meter' and is only worse because while on Cho'gall you completely ignore it, on Atramedes you need to track it.
That all of course is on top of them deciding to make Gall (his left head) randomly make stupid comments. Seriously, where's my epic fight with what is probably the #2 most iconic Warlock and #3 most iconic Mage in game and why am I fighting what might as well be a randomly chosen corrupted ogre?
#1 being gul'dan and the mages? rhonin and jaina? O.o
Now hold on a second, normal mode can be whatever... What about heroic? I mean I understand the fight not feeling epic wont really change, but at least they can make the mechanics less simple. Also since last picture I saw of him he had tentacles and stuff growing on him from an increased influence from C'thun, doesn't that whole part of the fight kinda make sense I guess?
Well we can always hope Ragnaros' setback won't be a letdown as well :P
What addon caused the spinny circle?
What does that spinny circle mean? What did it mean when it was spinny and green?
Great vid, cool music and nice flash heal spam at the end
