BO is a raiding guild that exists since the beginning of Wow, with a solid core of members and officers. We have guildies of all ages and nationalities and believe in serious raiding in reasonable hours and a friendly atmosphere.

We need a couple of motivated players to complete our 25 men raiding force and start those raids mid january and are currently looking for:

Almost anything, we want to get good players to raid with. People that know how to dodge flames on the ground. Players that can do their job

Exceptional applications from other classes will always be looked into.

PROGRESS:
WotLK: 12/12 ICC 25 - 10/12 ICC 25 HC - 1/1 RS 25
Cataclysm: 10/12 (10 men) 7/12 (25man)

RAIDING SCHEDULE
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 20:00- 23:00 possible optional raid on Tuesday

LOOT DISTRIBUTION
We use a EP/GP system with rank priority. Your rank in our guild will be depending on your performance/attendance in raids, no favoritism here.

We expect you to:
- Have a mature attitude: that is be friendly, respect ppl's feelings and not make drama over silly stuff
- Attend raids regularly (3 times a week at least), and come prepared with properly enchanted/gemmed gear and all the necessary food buffs/flasks
- Read the tactics, watch some movies before you come to the raids and focus during fights
- Be able to understand and speak English, and use Teamspeak
- Know your class and be ready to ask and take advice from the more experienced raiders to improve your performance

We can offer you:
- A stable guild that will not disband anytime soon, with a mature team of officers.
- No favoritism for raid spots or loot, what you will get will only be based on your performance and attendance.
- A fun and motivating raiding environment.
