Destro tutorial pve - need help

Hi, im playing first time warlock and i have a lot of question about pve destro dps:
1. What build destro is good for pve?(for max. dps)
2. Stats(hit rat, haste, crit, mastery), I read a lot about that but i still dont know what caps are?
3. What stat for what i must reforge?(if i have cap
4. Gems... what gems are rly good for destro(in yellow, red, blue and meta)?
5. What glyps I need ?
