It's really a simple matter of physics. When you fall from a moving car, you move further forward than the point at which you touched the ground. This didn't happen, so it's clearly a fake. If you think it's not shopped, then it may not be, but it's absolutely not legitimate.

Actually I have to disagree here. When you hit an object that bends downward as that does it creates an upward force on the motion of your body, and since the pole lost the fight, the kid didn't go up. The energy still went up though causing him to fall almost straight down. Done similar things while skateboarding(when i was lighter). Not wracking my nuts, but grabbing flexible objects i'd flipping myself into the grass. If i grab a pole just before hitting the end of pavement I usually land 1-2 feet from the pavement.
