Novercalis is an Alliance guild on Windrunner-US looking to recruit qualified, mature players for both PvE and PvP content in the Cataclysm expansion. We are currently working on hard modes (1 of 13 right now) and need players willing to commit to near perfect attendance.

Recruitment is open for the following:

• Melee DPS - prefer Warrior or Ret Paladin
• Healer - any class

Cataclysm Raid Schedule

• PvE - Tues, Wed, Thus from 7pm to 10pm PST
• PvP - Sun, Mon from 7pm to 10pm PST

Guild Cataclysm Goals

• Kill Every Boss in Every Dungeon and Raid
• Complete Every Encounter in Hard Mode
• Complete Every Raid Achievement (both Guild and Individual) available
• Participate in Guild PvP Activities Regularly

Novercalis is NOT a casual guild for inexperienced players. The membership of this guild is composed of experienced raiders who have extensive knowledge of both their class and the responsibilities of an active, progression-oriented raider. Guild members are responsible, mature adults who recognize that participating in any scheduled guild activity (whether it is a raid, rated battleground, or just mat-farming) is a commitment made to the other players in the guild. Guild members focus on working together, not chasing individual achievement at the expense of group progress.

The active raid roster of Novercalis is intended to be both small and flexible. Members who achieve the rank of Raider are expected to consistently maintain an 80% or higher attendance rate. Naturally, the limitations of a 10m guild require that some adjustments be made on a weekly basis depending on raid composition needs. However, in general, the raiders of Novercalis can expect to complete ALL raid content on a weekly basis in guild.

The application and interview process to join Novercalis is taken very seriously. One of the key goals for this guild is to ensure the right chemistry of players is established. Too often in the past, good players have been forced to group with bad players or immature players just to see content. Novercalis is a guild absolutely committed to assembling like-minded players to pursue shared goals. If an applicant is approved for membership, it is solely because the applicant meets the Novercalis expectations for both performance and personality.
