Arcane stats value question

Wondering what the value order in stats is bewteen crit/haste/mastery to know how i should reforge.

Haste=1.1002
Mastery=0.9731
Crit=0.7354

Hit=2.3307
SP=2.0266
Mastery=1.0926

Hit=1.7285
Haste=1.1002
Mastery=0.9731
Crit=0.7354

Hit=2.3307
SP=2.0266
Mastery=1.0926

So it looks like if we reforge anything, it's crit to mastery or haste.
