Help with Current Trinkets

Having a hard time trying to figure out what trinkets to use atm. The 3 I have to choose from are:

I am using the first 2 atm, am I correct? Current stats are 11.25(dodge), 10.96(parry), 156k hp (unbuffed), 19.80 (mastery)

The clutch mastery when you're under 35% will save your life more often if you know how to handle your runes.

Figurine - Earthen Guardian and Symbiotic Worm for sure. The Stamina is nice on both, and the mastery on the Symbiotic Worm is amazing when in a tight spot. Stamina and Mastery are what you want to see.

Anyone know if multiple 'under 35% hp' trinkets proc together? Such as, the Worm and the Leaden Despair?

the only time this could been the case is if you have two of the same trinkets. Just a thought though.
