    With the addition of rebuke, hit may become situationally useful... I can see fights where you don't want to miss.
    (+hit food being the easiest way to boost this)

    Just carry around a couple of hit trinkets/rings and switch if needed, I would still say that it is more realistic in a guild raid environment that a DPS will be assigned to interupt. Though with no other choice hit capping would be beneficial, but only when there is noone else to interupt and you're going to get slapped silly if it's not interupted.

    It will certainly come in handy not having to rely on people in pugs to interupt the pain though.
