DK Leveling: What Spec? And DW vs 2H

I just started a DK. Only completed the instanced start zone, and arrived in HFP. I decided to go Frost with my talent points, since It seems thats the best bet so far for leveling/dps.

I have some JP that are just sitting around and was wondering if I should buy the 2H Heirloom Axe or If I should DW to start? I know DW has more DPS in the end game, but does it matter while leveling? Comming from a Warlock Main, so this Plate wearing Melee DPS thing is a very new adjustment.

Leveling doesent really matter to much, its still all about nichè anyway, its what you like more.
