Not now that locks are losing 15% haste that they originally were balanced around. They lose ISF and have nothing to compensate for it. =(

You should learn to read:

You should learn to use logic. He obviously meant "aff and demo locks get nothing to compensate the loss". I don't think they'll give anything back, we're still very high on the theoretical dps ladder.

Overal pretty significant nerfs to the warlock class. The tier11 4 set bonus is still far from good though. It'll provide about ~150 dps. I personally thinks this is enough to make it more interesting than off-set items, but this hasn't been proven yet. The 4 set bonus dps gain is so small, that off-set items might still be better.
