My friend and I want to do some arenas as a bu ter lock combo. I am not familiar with locks at 85 so I don't know what spec would compliment his abilities best. Bm is too under power ATM so what is best between mm and sv?

We are not trying to rule the world. Just doing it for fun but would like to be somewhat competitive. And, I'm currently in full pve gear....
