    Who would WIN?!

    Who would win a fight to the death? No help from any other force, just these two beings alone in combat.

    If both are full resto spec and full mana regen so you can't run out of mana nor can you really kill the other guy -it's gonna be a paladin vs. paladin holy fight like situation... I guess the one that got DC or fell asleep would be the looser. :P

    I mean, heroes lore or not they do got a certain specialization right? Well if they roll with what wowpedia says they are, Thrall is Healer, Blademaster, Shaman (WRPG), Gladiator (Lore) while Fandral is Archdruid and I don't know much about Archdruids but wouldn't they be able to get the nature on their side and heal really well? They are the ultimate druid -I fear Thrall would be overrun by Wisps like Archimond -not sure if Fandral can do that on command tough...

    They are a druid and a shaman. If you exclude all assistance from outer beings, that leaves them only with mundane means. Thrall was a gladiator and wore plate armor from the most of his time in limelight. So...

    With this reasoning it's actually Fandral who would win. Fandral is much older and have more experience than Thrall will ever have. As Druids and Shamans if they can't use "any other force" they wouldn't be allowed to use any of their magical power which leaves melee/ranged attacks for them to use.

    No amount of life experience saves you in this situation, unless it is actual combat experience and prowess. At which Thrall prevails. Also... I've seen old timers who wasted their lives on delusions, and I've seen surprisingly wise younglings. It's not about age, it's about how you use the time given to you.
