The addon we have been waiting for has just been updated. You can get VisualHeal from Curse at wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/visualheal.aspx

I'm sure a lot of healers (and even non-healers) missed this addon since the 4.0.1 patch. Better late than never. We should take a moment to thank the great author xbeeps.
