tbh it doesent seem to effective at all its not Mad Money as the movie implies if the honor cap is still 4000 you can only buy 38 of these and for 16g a pop thats around 600g and i bet you can get more money from herbing or mining in the time you gather up 4000 honor.

Tried it ingame and I just get the honor refunded - no gold. Oh well.
