What raid are you referring to with this? Probably just Ruby Sanctum, since WG, OS, EoE and such short ones never really required much gear to do (OS and EoE specifically being designed for dungeon/heroic/badge gear). Ruby Sanctum was designed to be on par with ICC, meaning you could do it with ToC/badge gear.
