PvP is really a matter of personal choice. As for PvE, are you raiding 10 or 25m? Do you have an elemental shaman? Do you want a heavy AoE spec or a heavy single target spec? Do you prefer a dot heavy spec or would you prefer mostly nukes and cool downs?
