This is quite easy, always cast IS before MF/SF deffently when you proc solar eclipse. If you go with MF/SF then IS you may have noticed this. When you proc solar your moonfire changes to sunfire, but if your the person that apply's MF(in this case it will be SF) before IS it takes like 1sec's to convert to SF which is costly, then you have to re-apply SF. My advice when you proc solar would be to apply IS then SF so that it keeps your rotation down to the minimum. IS then SF back into wrath spam.

lol iv just read this back to myself and it sounds quite confusing tbf, hopefully some people understand me, but what im trying to say is IS before MF/SF!
