he is the most powerful
some will argue that a group of old gods could beat him, but none could 1 on 1 even if sarg was still a regular titan (he was already the strongest one) now that hes a demon titan he is likly several times stronger than that

Sargeras would definetly be the most powerful being in World of Warcraft known to players...
And at the same moment I was considering which one would be the following (2nd place) - and only one name popped - Queen Azshara. I assume she used to be as strong as Sargeras' top legion commanders... Could anyone confirm that?

No one knows what the most powerful being in the WoW universe is. If you think that it's sargeras it's an educated guess but that's all your going to get. It's realistically either sargeras or aman'thul and frankly we will probably never know until the final xpac which is stronger. There's no proof that sargeras is stronger than aman'thul or vice versa.

This idea is completely incorrect. Mannoroth got mad at her and considered attacking her, realized she was more powerful than he, and speculated. Kil'jaeden and Archimonde would have crushed her then, and would still crush her now. Originally Posted by xile

That is a quote from Wowpedia which cites "Shadows & Lignt" page 107, which is official canon.
Since Sargeras is a Vanir titan it is very unlikely that he is the most powerful being in the WoW universe.
