Focus Magic Add On

Looking for a focus magic tracking add on. Just need something plain and simple to track when I do/don't have my FM up and who it's on with the time left. I've searched goolge and curse but haven't found anything useful. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd start by asking in the mage forum. I'd follow up by just refreshing focus magic before bosses as a rule, it's not exactly a complicated spell.
