DW Frost Weapon Reforge

Meant to say Runeforge in title rather than "Reforge"

I know what all the guides say. Razorice on main and RoFC on off-hand. I just noticed that Synti, Paragon's DPS DK, is currently (from Armory link below) in his DW Frost setup. He has RoFC on both weapons. Is this a potential change or have I just caught his armory where he wasn't worried about being perfectly setup?

He's not frost, he's DW unholy. Unholy DW uses RoFC on both weapons.
