was it taken out,or does scarshield quartermaster not drop the thing to start the attunement quest.ive killed him like 4 times now and all that drops is silver

Isnt it the Messenger who drops it? Picked up the attunement quest 2 days ago so it hasnt been removed.

Sounds like youre attuned, grab someone, form a raid and click the orb to double check.

it drops outside the instance from the scarsheild quartermaster. you get hte quest and go touch the orb behind the final boss in ubrs to get attuned. technically it was never removed only attunements that require you to be attuned to get in were removed. but black wing lair and molten core arent so much attunements as they are shortcuts to get inside.
