Acta Non Verba is a fresh guild solely created with the purpose of 10 man raiding in Cataclysym at Twillight's hammer Eu.

Now that 10 man raiding will be viable i decided to form a guild in the Alliance side.

The Goal of the guild is simple: Clearing all 10 man content available as soon as cataclysm starts .

The Guild is formed with the aims for bringing solid and fast progressing endgame raiding for Cataclysm without to interfere with our private life.

What we require

Age 18+ (This is solely because you need to be reliable, having afks because someone has to go eat dinner is not acceptable)

You are the master of your class, and that also mean you stay up to date with current changes, old and new.

A 90%+ attendance. If you random events distrubting your schedule, unforseeable times where you must frequently AFK, this is probably not the guild for you.

No learning curve. The ideal raider is one that does not need to be hand-fed. The faster you grasp things, the faster we can move on.

You have extensive raiding experience. (Having completed Sunwell in TBC, or any of the actual challenging bits in WOTLK is a big plus - you do however need to be able to document this)

Your hardware, and connection are both reliable and can tacle ingame environment. If you keep DC'ing, we simply cant use you. Offline people tend to not move when they need to.

English doesnt need to be your first language, but you certainly need to be able to write and understand it perfectly.

Understand that loot is merely a tool for the guild. Your character is a tool used to complete efforts as a team. If you put the team ahead of yourself, you'll come a long way here.

Be a calm, reflected person. If you have issues with nerdraging, or finding it difficult when you receive complaints, and are unable to resolve them by no other means than ragequitting or capslock complaining, please do not apply. Everyone need to pull in the same direction.

Care about your effort. A good raider always tries to maximize his output in their respective role. Be it a odd consumable that will top your dps by 20, you are expected to use it.

the plan is 3 day raiding 19.00-2300 server time (With minor changes at the starts of the content)
