To be honest with you, I think one of the best rooms would be in Sfk with the banqueting hall. Trouble makers can go in the cells, the dj can play where the baron is, there's a stage for dancing at the end, table for food, you can go up the stairs to the upper rooms to relax, and a fireworks display in the courtyard. Nice.
