Pummel or Shield Bash macro help?

Can anyone help me out with a macro. Is it possible to have it set to recognize what weapon i have out. For example If i have 2H it pummels and shield bashes with sword and board. Every macro i find has to do with switching stances with equip slots. I just want it to simple use pummel or shieldbash depending on weapon no stances. Thanks for the help in advance.
