Flask of Enhancement- Confirmed to work in Rated Bgs also?

So yea...does it work in Rated Bgs...it says Arenas...could be a technicality. Sorry if this has been answered before. Just don't wanna go alch if it works in only half of my PVP.

the flasks that say can be used in arena mean, can be used anywhere, you should have it on you at all times. its your 80 stats you'd otherwise get from glove sockets, or demon eye gems. etc
