Require a tip on heroic raids

Greetings!

Our guild is about to start heroics and well after a 1 month disadvantage we're quite good on time with going on heroics however now we have to decide which heroic raid bosses should we start with.

I would appreciate some people's suggestion at which boss should we start first and what's the difference between normal and heroic fight of that boss. I would really appreciate if somebody could take his time to help me (And my guild) out here.

There are a few "tiers" in difficulty:
- Halfus and Chimaeron
- Conclave and Maloriak
- Omnotron, Magmaw, and Atramedes
- Twins and Ascendant Council
- Nefarian, Cho'gall, Sinestra, and Al'akir

I wouldn't put Atramedes as easier than Valiona. It is not longer possible (AFAIK) to cheese that encounter.

Conclave, halfus, chimaeron. Believe they're the easiest. Probably magmaw/omnitron aswell but I haven't checked.

I've heard that with the new 10 minute enrage and the complete fix to the cheese, atramedes is actually near impossible. Not sure if that's true, but it's what Paragon said.
