How do I make a custom texture and sound for a power aura?

I made a picture I wanted to use as a texture into a .tga file by renaming it, and I placed it in the custom folder.

Next I took an mp3 I wanted to play when the aura activates and placed it in the sounds folder.

Nothing shows up in game though, I select custom texture and the name of the texture but nothing shows up, and the sound doesn't play, can anyone help me?

World of Warcraft will only support tga/blp images with pixel dimensions that are a power of 2, though the width and height do not need to be the same.
