Yep, everything except Atiesh. Because teleporting to Karazhan is important at 85.

The reason you cannot get Atiesh is because that raid no longer exists (40 man naxx). That post was being sarcastic...

Sweet, the mage way was a pain in the arse. 2+ hours trying to get the blink juuust right was a pain.

jumping through the wall at the right spot took a while(probably depends on your race). Its right at one of the entrances to the nearby ogre caves.
Getting to the crypts took a while too, moving to all the right spots and whatnot. Dunno how long it would take to find the right path to get there
