It is seriously bugged at the moment, because the Elevator Boss doesn't drop any loot. Does this happen to anyone else?

We have basically wiped a 25man run on the elevator boss...

Its nice to see when they reuse some mechanics from older world bosses. like the Aldor lift.

All tho this one seems to have been buffed quite a lot in comparison.

I've actually never died to the lift itself, however it keeps frustrating me that my guildies can't seem to get the hang of it. Half the raid dies on every corpse run...

here comes a pro tip try not to use the afk auto walk function
dont cover your char with healbot or other windows and you will one shoot that encounter

a free sight for a freekill xD

How? They can just rocket jump when they're close to the bottom. It CAN'T be on cooldown after a wipe.

Personally never died to it... yet.

But we had something different, much funnier, happening
Our raid wasn't paying attention on the dwarfen trash mobs before Atremedes so unfortunally our tanks died and the rest of the group ran out of the room trying to reset that trash group...
But two dwarfs kept chasing our raid members all the way to the raid entrance.

Few seconds later a couple of players were back alive and went to the elevator (I was there too).
So we were standing at the edge of the path, where it connects with the southern side of the elevator.
The elevator came up... but there was still one dwarf on that freaking elevator.
We were all like O_O
And then the dwarf was like: AH THERE YOU ARE! and was charging in our direction.
But the moment before he would have left the elevator to step on the path where we stood... the elevator drove back down
But curiously 3 seconds later (where the elevator was half the way down) the dwarf just got warped up to us and began pushing some member...

I really could have cried tears out of laughter... Because all that happend in like 10 seconds... one of the best moments ever <3

died to it once or twice, and i got a cancel aura for slowfall and leviate ready just to be sure. Also in our guild people are dieing at the stairs boss in The Bastion, knockback in lava

As I had to explain to a new raid member, who died on the lift and blamed on it being because he'd never been to BWD before, the tactics for the lift can be summed up as:

The lift goes up, but it also goes down.


Yes, I've died to it, but it was because of heroic leap failing to cast before I landed.
