[H] <Paradigm> 10m 11/12 Oceanic LF Shaman and DK

Paradigm is a focused ten main raiding guild on Dreadmaul realm. We are a small group of friends who have been playing together for over a year.

We are a ten man progression raiding guild and have no intentions of moving back to 25 man. Prior to Cata release, we achieved Bane of the Fallen King for the majority of our members among with all the other relevant achieves through Ulduar, TotC etc.

We raid Thursday/Sunday/Monday nights from 6pm AEST until approximately 11pm AEST (GMT + 10/11).

We expect our raiders to be on AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to raid time, be prepared with flasks, food buffs etc and have viewed videos/strategies for content we are attempting.

If you do not take constructive criticism well, please do not apply. We like to have fun in our raids, but if someone is doing something drastically wrong, it will be pointed out to you

Our current requirements are as follows,

- DPS Shaman

The spots we are recruiting will be for a core spot providing the skill level is up to scratch. The team will be constant without a great deal of chopping and changing of player
